What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registration Specialist Urgent Care Clinic position at Colquitt Regional Medical Center?
Gathers and enters complete and accurate patient demographic and clinical information from patients and providers. Collect patient cost-sharing amounts (co-pays, deductibles, etc.). Provides patients logistical information and transporting when needed to receive their services. Promotes positive interactions with patients, providers, and coworkers- providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Clinic Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm
Saturday / Sunday 11am - 5pm
