We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers. You’ll assist customers with their needs, process orders, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our store. While no industry experience is required, a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn are essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with their product inquiries and orders.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments accurately.
• Pull, check, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correct and in good condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and cleaning work areas.
• Mix paint
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers by offering product recommendations and answering questions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Lift and handle products up to 50lbs as needed.
