From our offices in the San Fernando Valley, California, we support a wide range of touring, festival, and event clients across North America, working closely with our international teams to deliver consistently high standards.
We are continuing to grow our US operation and are looking to build a strong, experienced team with regional knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for live events.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the expected technical and creative standard.
You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to develop practical, efficient solutions and ensure smooth delivery across all stages of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, supporting the planning, development, and delivery of projects from enquiry through to completion
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are met
- Input and maintain accurate project information within Current RMS, ensuring clear communication of equipment and resource requirements
- Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure equipment is prepared, allocated, and delivered correctly
- Coordinate with Crew Booking to ensure appropriate staffing for each project
- Monitor and manage logistics to ensure equipment and crew are in the right place at the right time
- Build strong working relationships with Lighting Designers, Technicians, and other production stakeholders
- Maintain a strong understanding of available equipment and be able to advise clients and team members accordingly
- Work with suppliers to source cost-effective solutions for sub-hires and purchases where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, services, or equipment offering
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse, office, and on-site where applicable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
