Colossus Harbor is hiring Cooks, Line Cooks, and Prep Cooks to join our growing team in Long Beach, California. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are passionate about food and hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Complete food preparation tasks including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Set up, stock, and maintain clean and organized kitchen stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team to support smooth service
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned
- Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
Responsibilities may vary based on shift and business needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a restaurant kitchen preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Availability Requirements
Full-Time Applicants
- Must have open availability, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Must be available to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required, including Saturdays and Sundays
Part-Time Applicants
- Must have consistent availability and be able to work at least two weekend shifts per month.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$21 per hour depending on experience
- Additional tips averaging $6–$8 per hour

Physical Requirements
- Work in a commercial kitchen with exposure to heat, noise, and cooking equipment
