Role Description
This is a part-time, Remote role located in Scottsdale, AZ, or The Pacific Northwest. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging potential and existing clients through various communication channels, managing customer accounts, driving lead generation efforts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include reaching out to prospective customers, developing relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales opportunities to help achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and connect with potential customers
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to enhance relationships and ensure positive client experiences
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and optimize existing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey solutions and build rapport with diverse customer bases
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
