Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to clients to perform quality assurance checks.
- Work with sales and PMO with tracking of shipments/deliveries.
- Assist ARAP with invoicing when needed.
- Assist PMO with managing proper documentation.
- Work with sales and PMO to complete Sales to PMO checklist.
- Create schedules for projects.
- Assist in RMA’s process as needed.
- Assist PMO in maintaining POP dates and helping projects stay on schedule.
- Obtain technical certifications as needed.
- Fulfill office and operational duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 year of experience in a customer facing role.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical disciple is preferred.
- Ability to creatively solve challenging problems
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Passion for customer service.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Strong communicator that can work without direct supervision or detailed direction.
Travel
Travel is not required for this position.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and will require reporting to our Annapolis HQ. Hour are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
