We are currently seeking a hands-on, dependable **Concrete Crew Lead Assistant** to support daily field operations. This position plays a key role in coordinating and executing concrete installations alongside the Concrete Foreman. Duties include preparing materials, staging tools, assisting with crew oversight, reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and mentoring field laborers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments and all weather conditions.
