Salon Guest Care Member
Full time Position Requiring 4 days working open to close between both Loveland Fort Collins Locations (Saturdays REQUIRED)
Starting rate: $16-$18 /hr, with opportunity for raise within 6 months upon completion of training.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and loves being part of a creative, team-oriented environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Check clients in and out, manage appointment scheduling, and answer phones, texts, and emails.
- Handle payments and support day-to-day front desk operations.
- Assist with light administrative tasks to help the team stay organized and efficient.
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy front desk and salon floor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous front desk experience.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment..
- Excellent phone etiquette skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work at both our Loveland and Fort Collins locations as needed .
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and use multiple technology and operation systems throughout the day.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous salon experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, move, and be on feet for long hours or extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, lift, kneel, and reach throughout the day.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
