About The Role
Hiring part-time for our Venice location in Los Angeles! The Colorful Standard Client Advisor operates in a purposeful, profitable, and client service-minded environment. Through the successful development and support of the team, the Client Advisor will be responsible for providing excellence in customer service and sales.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure all client concerns are resolved in a timely manner
- Work as a team player to foster open and constructive communication to create a positive working environment
- Support the back of house organization by maintaining a high level of attention to detail with stock room maintenance, weekly shipment and inventory
- Strong work ethic with a desire for continuous learning and growth
- Autonomous, resourceful and entrepreneurial
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Weekend availability is required
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1 years retail/client service experience
- Strong verbal and written skills – allowing for communication of the company’s goals and objectives
- Compassionate, creative and interest in fashion, culture and sustainability
- Computer skills
- Physical requirements: lift/carry/move 40 lbs minimum including fixtures and product
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including blackout periods during holidays, overnights, and weekends

- Compensation: $20/hour. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the Los Angeles, CA based position. The actual compensation will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
