Based in Colorado, we are building something real at the intersection of high-level competition, brand, media, and community.This is n ot a “make a couple clips” role. This is an opportunity to help build the media engine of a professional grappling franchise.—Role Ove r viewWe are lo oking for a hungry, creative, and reliable Video Editor Intern to help produce content that captures the intensity and stories of our team. You will work directly with the GM and ownership to shape the visual identity of the Wolverines.Daily wor k includes editing short and long-form video, applying color grading, creating motion graphics, and building content that drives engagement across all platforms.—What You ’ ll Be Doing• Editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts• Creatin g cinematic hype edits for matches and team announcements• Produci ng athlete highlight reels, sponsorship announcements, and behind-the-scenes content• Editing podcast clips and YouTube long-form content• Adding music, captions, branding overlays, and motion graphics• Maintai ning brand consistency across all content (colors, logos, tone)• Turning around highlight clips quickly during the season• Organiz ing and managing video assets—Qualific a tions• Profici ency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar• Strong sense of pacing, hype, and visual storytelling• Knowled ge of color grading and motion graphics• Creativ e and detail-oriented approach to content• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a remote setting• Fast co mmunication and committed to 10–15 hours per week (flexible schedule, heavier during season)• Ability to attend a weekly meeting with leadership• Enrollm ent in or recent completion of a degree in Film, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field preferredBonus:• E xperie nce with sports or fight sports edits• Thumbna il design skills• Passion for combat sports and the grappling community—What You ’ ll Get• Direct experience working with a professional sports organization• Portfol io-worthy content with public credit• Network ing with athletes and sponsors• Opportu nity to grow into a paid role as the organization scales• Real re sponsibility — this is for someone who wants to build something, not just fill time
