Role Description
The Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) will oversee and manage traffic control operations to ensure the safety and efficiency of work zones. Day-to-day responsibilities include onsite setup and removal of traffic control devices, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The TCS will also troubleshoot issues, communicate effectively with team members and clients, document field activities, and provide hands-on training to team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to effectively manage and lead teams
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving for real-time decision-making
- Excellent Communication capabilities to engage with team members and stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to budgeting and cost management
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members on traffic safety protocols
- Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and proper use of traffic control equipment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical demands of the role
- Current TCS certification and a valid driver's license
