What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Operations Cashier PT position at Colorado Springs World Arena?
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for various guest relations activities including but not limited to selling parking tickets and balancing daily receipts of monies and parking tickets. This position is required to work both indoors and outdoors including in inclement weather as needed.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES, but are not limited to the following:
- Positively represent the World Arena – Must be friendly, outgoing and customer service oriented approaching each guest with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Must be able to work irregular/extended hours based on events including evening, weekend and holidays as needed.
- Must have at least 6 months of cash handling experience and possess basic math skills.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 10 lbs.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have the physical ability to maneuver around the facility, at times walking, standing, and/or sitting up to 6-12 hours daily.
- Must be able to reach away and/or up from body, leaning, and slight twist/turn motion
- Requires handling, grasping, fingering
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accurately and courteously sell parking tickets. Move traffic through booths at a steady speed. Balance monies collected with parking tickets sold.
Salary : $15 - $19
