Materials Crew Supervisor
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Warehouse Crew Supervisor to lead operations at our Leon Young Service Center Warehouse. In this key leadership role, you will oversee warehouse staff, manage inventory and procurement processes, and ensure the efficient flow of materials and tools across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, supervise, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and accountability
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to various Utilities buildings and work sites
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, inventory research, and discrepancy resolution to ensure accuracy and availability
- Forecast material needs, identify shortages, and ensure a timely generation of purchase orders to maintain adequate supply levels
- Create and manage purchase requests in Maximo and support procurement staff in resolving receipt and payment issues
- Conduct inspections on incoming shipments to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Organize and optimize warehouse layouts to support efficient material flow and storage
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support cost-effective and timely procurement
- Issue parts and tools to personnel and process all related documentation for receiving and issuing stock items
- Plan and execute short- to medium-term inventory and procurement strategies to meet operational and customer needs
- Maintain accurate inventory flow schedules, reporting metrics, and quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health programs to support an incident- and injury-free workplace
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supply chain, logistics, and/or warehouse leadership capacity
- Experience with inventory management
- Ability to lead a team in ways that yield engagement, job satisfaction, professional growth and development, trust, and empowerment
