Colorado Springs Therapy Center is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in a Supervisory role! This role would involve supervision of two PTAs, re-evaluations, and some initial evals! CSTC serves a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations, offering a full range of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services. We have been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last 6 years. We currently have an opening for a part-time Physical Therapist Supervisor interested in working at our North Colorado Springs location, approximately 5-10 hours per week minimum.
Requirements
Hourly: Base Pay Range $45.00-$45.00 depending on experience
Salary: Base Pay Range $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience

Additionally, CSTC strives to offer bonuses based on performance so both hourly and salary therapists may see additional financial rewards for their efforts.
Current Bonus Structure: Range $200-$600 / month
Bonuses are paid monthly, but calculated using the schedule every 2 weeks.
Bilingual Therapists: additional compensation is available for Therapists fluent in Spanish and English!

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- Applicants must have an active license to practice therapy in the state of Colorado (or eligible)
- Passion for making a difference in clients’ lives!
- Ability to supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants, provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation including evaluations.
- Pediatric Experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
