Account Representative, Inside Sales
Position Summary
Generate revenue through the sale of individual tickets, season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, party facilities, suites, and all other ticketed inventory at Coors Field.

Account Representative, Inside Sales
Position Summary
Generate revenue through the sale of individual tickets, season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, party facilities, suites, and all other ticketed inventory at Coors Field.
Essential Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming sales calls. Sales inventory will include but is not limited to Individual Tickets, Season Tickets, Mini-Plans, Group Tickets, Suites, Premium Areas/Locations, Party Facilities, Conference Spaces, etc.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales, productivity, and intangible goals.
- Call all assigned tasks; includes follow up calls and cold calls, up to 60 calls per day.
- Use CRM to track all calls and provide detailed updates on lead lists, sales numbers, and overall progress.
- Research and contact potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Provide superior customer service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects, and any inbound/referral accounts.
- Maintain relationships with current customers for future upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions highlighting new sales techniques and customer buying patterns.
- Brainstorm and communicate recommendations for new sales opportunities/packages.
- Assist with day-of-game and other special events.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Archtics and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong sales experience, preferably related to ticketing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and weekends in-season.
WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:
- During the baseball season, you must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and weekends.
- Off-Season: Monday through Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
- Must be willing to work at least 40 hours per week all year round.
- Sitting: must be able to sit 70% of the time.
- Standing: must be able to stand 30% of the time.
- Walking: occasionally moving about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Use of Hands/Fingers: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Talk/hear: must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand verbally and in written communication. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- See: must be able to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Approximate base compensation is $42,000/year. In addition to the base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn a commission on top of the base compensation, providing a total compensation range of $42,000 - $60,000/year. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills, and any other factors the Colorado Rockies consider relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
