JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Manager or designee, performs a wide range of service-oriented duties in the store and mobile home park. Services may include, but are not limited to store cashier, stocking, displaying merchandise, cleaning, grounds and facilities maintenance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
CASHIER:
· Answers phones, general clerical duties
· Charges customers for store items, makes change, closes out and balances cash register each night
· Receives lease payments
· Responsible for all cash taken in each day from other services in the park
· Restock merchandise
· Responsible for clean store and bathrooms
· Other duties as instructed by the Manager or his designee
MAINTENANCE:
· Maintains park water system
· Mows lawns, trim trees and maintain overall park grounds
· Maintains roads in park for tenant use
· Trash collection on park grounds as required
· Maintains park equipment
· Performs general repairs and park maintenance
· Other duties as instructed by the Manager or his designee
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Maintain a good relationship with customers, tenants and other employees.
· Understand and follow verbal and written directions.
· Physically able to perform duties assigned.
· Weekend and holiday availability.
· Occasionally work extended shifts as assigned.
· Follow established Tribal policies and those outlined in the Colorado River Indian Tribes Employee Handbook
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
