This is a full-time hybrid role for a Newly Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Silverthorne, CO, with opportunities for remote work. As a member of our team, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties. Core tasks include providing exceptional customer care, conducting property showings, managing real estate transactions, and staying informed on market trends. • Strong foundational knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
• Experience or aptitude in Customer Service and Sales
• Interest or experience in Real Estate Development
• Possession of a newly obtained Colorado Real Estate license or commitment to obtaining one
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with online real estate tools and technology is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
