- Proven Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to represent Storm professionally across all regions.

- Growth-Oriented: Eagerness to pursue formal coaching licenses and engage in continuous education provided by the club.
- Core Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a deep, infectious passion for the sport of soccer.

Pathway Proponent: Actively implement the Colorado Storm Player Development Plan and Game Model. You will tailor your approach to the specific ages and stages of your players, fostering a deep trust and rapport with every athlete.
Resourceful Problem Solver: Prioritize player needs over short-term results. You will use an inquiry-based coaching style to encourage player creativity and resilience, even when it leads to mistakes on the path to mastery.
Self-Motivated Learner: Take ownership of your growth. Work with your Director to create a personalized development plan, staying open to feedback and evolving your methods to meet the needs of the modern game.
Administrative Diligence: Complete all required player evaluations, attendance tracking, and injury reports promptly. Keeping accurate records is vital to maintaining the upward momentum of our players across all regions of Colorado.
