CRYSC also runs the nation's largest youth soccer outreach program, including Soccer for Success and Zarlengo programs, which focus on physical activity, nutrition education, mentorship, and family engagement for underserved youth. Additionally, CRYSC offers advanced opportunities through the U.S. Development Academy, connecting national team coaches with academy clubs.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a 15U ECNL-RL Head Coach, located in Centennial, CO. The Head Coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training sessions and games for the 15U ECNL-RL team. Responsibilities also include developing players' technical and tactical skills, communicating with parents and club officials, and maintaining a positive and safe environment for all players. The Head Coach will mentor players on and off the field and assist with college preparation for those aspiring to play at the next level.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in planning and conducting soccer training sessions and games
- Strong technical and tactical knowledge of soccer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with player development and mentorship
- Ability to work with youth and create a positive, safe environment
- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the youth or competitive level
- Coaching certification from a recognized authority (e.g., USSF, UEFA, United Soccer Coaches).
- Passion for soccer and dedication to developing young athletes
