Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is seeking a Development Services Data Specialist.
About the Position:
The Development Services Data Specialist is a key member of the fundraising team, responsible for data processing and record maintenance. You’ll help fundraising team members access accurate and timely donor and donation information while also helping with data process development to improve record keeping systems.
The new hire is expected to reside in the greater Denver metro area upon starting - this is not a remote position. However, a hybrid schedule is available that requires a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.

You’re motivated by ensuring clean, accurate data is maintained as you know it helps your organization succeed. You’re process focused and a great self-starter. You have top notch customer service skills and a talent for collaboration and closed-loop communication.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with data entry, data hygiene, and data processing best practices. This should include experience handling data discreetly and confidentially.
- Experience processing finances or payments.
- Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Excellent attention to detail with data entry.
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving regarding data projects.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines and prioritize requests.
Education Equivalency:
- A fully relatable bachelor’s or master’s degree may replace some of the required years of experience needed to qualify for the position, but is not required for the role.
