Job Description

As a Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers buy, sell, and pawn a wide variety of items. Every day brings something different—from assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry to evaluating tools, electronics, musical instruments, luxury watches, precious metals, and collectibles.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident using computers and technology, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll use point-of-sale software, online marketplaces, and inventory systems throughout the day while building lasting customer relationships and contributing to the success of the store.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawn transactions.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business.
• Sell jewelry, luxury goods, tools, electronics, and other merchandise.
• Use point-of-sale software, customer databases, email, and online platforms to complete transactions, manage inventory, and support online sales.
• Merchandise, organize, and maintain an attractive showroom.
• Test, clean, photograph, and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Assist with online listings and customer outreach.
• Follow up with customers to increase sales opportunities.
• Work closely with your team to meet sales goals while earning commission.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Jewelry, pawn, luxury retail, wireless sales, banking, hospitality, or commissioned sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and learning retail software, including point-of-sale systems, internet research, email, and online listings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
