Family Assistant/Nanny Needed – $28–$30/hr Guaranteed Hours PTO

A warm, welcoming family is looking for a reliable, proactive Family Assistant/Nanny to become an important part of their household. They are hoping to find someone who is flexible, takes initiative, and is looking for a long-term position where they can truly become an extension of the family.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Compensation & Benefits

• $28–$30/hour, depending on experience
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• In approximately six months, the schedule will transition to eight-hour shifts while continuing to guarantee 40 hours per week.

About the Family

The family has one bright and energetic 2½-year-old little boy who loves making people laugh, telling jokes, and learning new things. He attends preschool Monday through Friday from 8:00–11:00 AM, allowing time during the day to help keep the household running smoothly.

The family also has a friendly Labradoodle, so applicants should be comfortable around dogs.

Both parents work in hybrid roles and may work from home up to two days per week.

Responsibilities

This position is a combination of nanny care and household assistance, including:

• Providing loving, engaging care for their son
• Tidying the kitchen and loading/unloading the dishwasher
• Children’s laundry and occasional household towel laundry
• Grocery shopping
• Meal preparation and making a few simple dinners each week by following recipes
• Running family errands
• Helping maintain an organized, smoothly running home

Requirements

• Up-to-date on the flu vaccine and MMR vaccine
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Flexible and eager to help wherever needed

Pay: $28.00 - $30.17 per hour
