Hooked in Beaver Creek is looking for professional, motivated servers .
Hooked is the premier seafood restaurant in the heart of Beaver Creek serving the freshest seafood in the Rockies. We specialize in the Whole Fish experience including traditional sushi selections, innovative raw preparations and cooked entrees alongside an award winning wine list and a comprehensive cocktail program. Applicants must be ready for a high volume, fine dining experience and come to work with a positive attitude as we are a team oriented operation.
Server: Must be available for lunch shifts, 10am - ~5pm. Dinner shifts will be 3:30pm - ~11pm (limited dinner shifts available immediately).
All positions start at $14.81 and a share of the tip pool.

Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and adherence to Hooked standard.
- Attend to customers upon entrance.
- Learn menus, preps and ingredients to guide guests through our many options in order to customize optimal experience.
- Receive guest orders, input accurately into Toast, provide for guest needs relative to the expected steps of service and run orders.
- Answer questions, make recommendations and sell items.
- Collaborate with other restaurant team members.
- Handle complaints or challenges with a positive attitude and communicate guest concerns to the manager on duty.
- Issue bills and accept payment
Skills
- Proven restaurant serving or waiting experience.
- Hands-on experience in Toast pos system.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Patience and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Must be able to Multi-task.
- High school diploma is a plus but not required.
