Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paralegal, based in Denver, CO, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting thorough research, reviewing documents, and ensuring all communications and records are accurate and up-to-date. Additional responsibilities include assisting with case management and maintaining adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal practices, including knowledge of law and legal processes
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Ability to perform detailed Research to support casework and legal investigations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with legal software and document management systems is preferred
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent work experience
