Role Description
$17-$20/hr.
This is a full-time role for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA). The Personal Care Attendant will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to children and adults with chronic health conditions and/or disabilities in their homes. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of clients, supporting personal care routines, and maintaining accurate documentation of care. The role requires collaboration with family members and health professionals to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience or skills in Personal Care Attendant (PCA) and Personal Care Services
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Compassion, patience, and commitment to delivering quality care tailored to individual needs
- Ability to work remotely and provide care in a home setting
- Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role, or relevant training, is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
