Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Realtor/Property Manager. The Realtor/Property Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling real estate sales and transactions, managing real properties, and ensuring a smooth and successful experience for clients. You can be based anywhere, but YOU MUST CURRENTLY LIVE BETWEEN FT. COLLINS AND CO SPRINGS COLORADO.
From the start, you will be given a set of properties to manage and your list of properties assigned to you will grow as we grow! This will enable you to make a steady monthly income while you also can focus on growing your real estate business. This is a 100% commission-based position.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Sales skills
- Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Real Property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
