Wellness Experience Coordinator - Be the Person Who Makes Patients Feel Like They’ve Finally Found the Right Place

$28–$30/hour · Greenwood Village · Monday–Thursday

If you’re great with people but tired of answering phones, checking boxes, and following a corporate script, this will feel different.

We’re an independent practice. You’ll know the patients, know the team, and have a real voice in the experience we create.

We believe dentistry should look beyond teeth.

Sleep, nutrition, inflammation, breathing, movement, stress, and oral health are connected. We help patients understand the bigger picture and take better care of their health.

We’re looking for a Wellness Experience Coordinator who can be part customer service, part concierge, and part guide.

What you’ll get to do

• Answer calls, listen well, and help patients take the next step
• Welcome patients and set the tone for the visit
• Handle check-in, check-out, payments, and basic financial arrangements
• Coordinate insurance information and benefits
• Follow up and make sure patients never feel lost in the process
