Job Description:

Colorado Counter Tops Inc. is seeking a skilled Granite & Quartz Polisher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and process job orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Select and use the appropriate polish pads based on material type and desired finish to achieve the best polishing results.
• Maintain high standards of quality control in every stage of the polishing process.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used properly to enhance the final product's appearance and durability.
• Collaborate with the team to address any concerns or adjustments needed for job orders.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively (required).
• Proficiency with measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) and hand tools (required).
• Punctual and reliable (required).
• Ability to work a full 8-hour shift (40 hours per week) (required).
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Available to work overtime when necessary (required).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
