As a Registered Behavior Technician, your primary responsibilities are to provide ABA therapy under direction of a BCBA to individuals with a wide range of developmental, social, and emotional diagnosis. That therapy is tailored to each individual, centered around their interests, and rooted in practices that ensure results. Therapy is delivered primarily at our clinic in Gunnison. Opportunities for generalization within client's homes, communities, schools, day programs, and telehealth are also available. If you are not already an RBT, we provide paid training! Following this, you can follow a clear career advancement path that includes all necessary training, supervision, and even tuition assistance toward an eventual BCaBA or BCBA certification if you choose!

We are looking for candidates who:
- Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least one year
- Have a GED/HS diploma
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Must clear a felony background check and previous employment verification
- Have the ability to lift 50 pounds, twist, kneel, and engage in active physical play with children
- Can provide their valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and MVR record. A reliable vehicle is a must for transporting clients. This is not a requirement for employment but may be applicable upon notice.
- An active RBT certification
- Bilingual fluency
- A degree in psychology, education, human services, or a related fields
- Current enrollment in their BCBA coursework
