Our BCBAs are responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in Gunnison, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating/collaborating with parents, schools, and community members in Gunnison. - Carry a manageable caseload of 8–10 clients in a supportive clinic environment
- Supervision is provided in-person at our clinic
- Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community
- Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Be part of a team that sees you, supports you, and helps you grow
- Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification (Required)
- Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two year
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities
- Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check

Salary : $66,000 - $83,000
