Position Overview

As the business continues to grow and develop systems to support the future, the Operations Coordinator role plays an integral part in continued success and requires a candidate with strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
Required Qualities
- Excellent phone communication skills — clam, clear and professional under pressure
- Comfortable using email and web-based apps proficiently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual — this is an early-shift role
- Ability to follow defined processes and escalate appropriately without overstepping
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch environments
- Adaptable — processes and tools will evolve as we automate more workflows
- Patient and proactive - We have come far in developing tools and building systems to make this role a reality, but we know there will be more to build and would like the candidate to participate in that process.
