Hayden Center Lead Dance Instructor
The Lead Dance Instructor is a senior-level recreational arts position responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality dance instruction for youth and adults at the Hayden Center. This role includes curriculum development, choreography support for showcases, instructor mentorship, parent communication, and ensuring the overall excellence and safety of all dance programming. Performs sworn law enforcement duties to protect life, safety, health, welfare, and property within the Town of Hayden through the enforcement of municipal ordinances and applicable state and federal laws. This is a patrol-assigned, small-agency generalist position in which officers are expected to manage calls for service, conduct preliminary and follow-up investigations, prepare cases for prosecution, and maintain case ownership from initial response through court disposition. The position requires sound judgment, professionalism, and technical proficiency in modern police practices acquired through training and experience. Performs related duties as assigned.

Tuition Reimbursement: $2,000 per calendar year after 1 year of consecutive service for degreed programs or certifications that aid the employees’ career and employment.
