Role Description The Clinical Nursing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boulder, CO, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing team in a specialty and emergency veterinary hospital. This role includes supervising and mentoring veterinary nursing staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring adequate coverage, and supporting a positive, collaborative work environment. The Clinical Nursing Manager works closely with veterinarians and technicians to maintain high standards of patient care, including triage, critical care procedures, and ongoing monitoring of hospitalized patients. Daily tasks include developing and implementing nursing protocols, supporting staff training and education, promoting adherence to safety and quality standards, and assisting with complex cases as needed. Qualifications
