Position: Clinic Assistant
Location: Denver Metro Area (including, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Castle Rock)
Hours: Full-Time (4 days a week / 9 hours per day)

We have been treating adult and pediatric patients for over 51 years who suffer with allergies, asthma and immunology-related illnesses.
Position Purpose: This full time position is responsible for direct and indirect care of adult and pediatric patients under the direction of the physicians, physician assistants, Clinic Manager and/or Staff Nurse(s). We are looking for an experienced, responsible individual to contribute depth & knowledge to our busy practice.
Responsibilities:
- Shows competency as a Medical Office Assistant
- Shows competency in Clinic Assistant I and II Skill Modules within 120 days of employment; Clinic Assistant III Skill Modules within first year of employment
- Shows competency in basic computer skills
- Assures patient satisfaction by working as a team member with all personnel
- Front Desk & Cross-Training duties, to include:
- Answering front desk phones
- Check in/check out of patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing billing and insurance information
- Showing compliance with insurance regulations
- Demonstrates flexibility, professionalism and a high-level of motivation
- Maintains open communication and a team-oriented work environment with all departments and all levels of personnel
- Takes initiative and is a self-starter
- Performs additional duties as deemed necessary
- OSHA and HIPAA Compliant

Qualifications
Prerequisites:
- Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant School or
- Licensed Medical Technician, or
- Combination of experience and education
- Current CPR Certification
Salary : $19 - $23
