Colorado Addiction Recovery Services (CARS) is seeking a Clinician to join our team!

Starting pay : $60000-$70000/ year

Schedule: Monday - Friday standard business hours

POSITION SUMMARY & PURPOSE

The Clinician's role involves nurturing the overall well-being—physical, emotional, and mental—of patients receiving substance use treatment. This position entails direct engagement with patients, actively listening to their problems and offering constructive, healthy strategies for managing their struggles. It's essential for someone who thrives on close interaction with individuals.

This role primarily involves:

-Individual Counseling

-Group and Family Counseling

-Caseload Management

-Treatment Planning and Assessments

-Transfer Summaries

-Clinical Documentation

-Crisis Intervention and De-Escalation

Patient Education related to:

-Behavior Issues

-Family of Origin Issues

-Alcohol/Drug Use issues

Education, Qualifications, and Credentials:
CAS, ADDC, LAC, LPCC, LPC, LCSW, LSW

CARS is able to provide clinical supervision for those seeking Master’s level education and internships for people working toward the aforementioned licenses and certifications. Appropriate credentialing vis a vis completing clinical work.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
