Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Manage design request intake, prioritization, and workflow
- Coordinate approval trafficking and final asset delivery
- Maintain production ticket information and response-time data
- Track schedules, deadlines, and creative throughput
- Identify and secure required assets, specs, and metadata
- Support delivery of show lockups, Steam sale assets, resized logos, key art resizes, end slates, and business offers
- 3–5 years in project management, creative operations, or production coordination
- Experience supporting design workflows or creative pipelines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Clear communication and comfort working cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments
- Experience supporting global game marketing or multi-franchise creative teams
- Familiarity with storefront or O&O creative requirements
- Experience with production ticketing or workflow management tools
