Job Summary

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainages, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts
- Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform precise work
- Conduct routine plumbing system inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Clean drains using specialized drain cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure proper flow and prevent blockages
- Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and local building codes
- Perform remodeling tasks involving plumbing systems and assist with construction site setup including heavy lifting and carpentry tasks
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in residential or commercial settings
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely in compliance with commercial driving regulations
- Familiarity with heavy lifting, the use of power tools, hand tools, and basic math for measurements and calculations
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with handyman skills for assembly, remodeling, and general repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles preferred
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, work at heights or confined spaces as required on construction sites
