Color Rite, Inc. (http://www.colorriteinc.com), a top manufacturer of color-matched silicone sealants and adhesive caulks. Do you have a keen eye for color? We are looking for a Color Matching Technician to join our team in Yukon, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the blending of colors to achieve an exact match. This role requires technical precision, skill, and product knowledge in production and retail environments. The following additional skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Computer skills to maintain accurate records, work orders, and color formulas
- Assist with matching color product samples
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentable work areas
- Stay knowledgeable about all products and services offered
Who We’re Looking For:
- A strong understanding of the color spectrum with a keen eye for color
- Energetic, focused, and detail-oriented
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a physical, production-based environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service minded
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
- Able to retrieve products from shelves and floor stacks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with color mixing, tinting, or related products
- Experience using tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
