Lead Commercial Painter – Color Masters Painting LLC
Location: Volusia County, FLPay: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)Full-Time
Color Masters Painting LLC is looking for an experienced Lead Painter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial painting throughout Volusia County and are looking for someone who can lead projects, maintain quality workmanship, and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise 1–3 painters on job sites
- Prep, patch, caulk, mask, and paint residential and commercial projects
- Brush, roll, and spray applications
- Communicate with customers professionally
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Assist with material management and daily job planning
Requirements:
- 5 years of painting experience
- Experience with residential and commercial painting
- Ability to spray, back-roll, and cut straight lines
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic hand tools required
- Ability to work from ladders and lifts
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lead a crew and solve problems independently
Preferred:
- Experience with Sherwin-Williams products
- Experience operating lifts and spray equipment
- Previous foreman or crew leader experience
