This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist located in Cincinnati, OH. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team by managing sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, supporting order fulfillment processes, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
