Spa Operations Manager - Color Box Wellness

The Spa Manager role:

An integral member of Color Box, the operational manager position performs a variety of job roles and is responsible for the guests over all experience. You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their daily schedule and retail sale targets. The Manager is responsible for creating an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for all Color Box guests.

The ideal manager will have:

• Good educational background
• Previous experience working within a professional and high standard environment
• Excellent eye for detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of all guests and company information
• Proven record of retail selling skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent administration skills
• Good standards of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
• Genuine interest in holistic wellness treatments
• Ability to work and lead a dedicated and passionate team
• Good level of written and spoken English
• A high standard of personal presentation
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, solid computer skills and a hospitality spirit
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
