About the Role
We’re looking for a video Editor to support a growing roster of client projects, social content, and podcast productions. This role begins as a contractor with the potential to grow into full time as the studio expands. You’ll work closely with the creative director, help shape the stories we produce, and contribute directly to the quality and consistency of our visual content. If you’re a strong storyteller and want to grow with a purpose-driven production company, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities
- Edit client videos, social content, and podcast episodes
- Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, and pacing adjustments
- Prepare reels/cutdowns and organize project files for delivery
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and implement revisions
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong storytelling sense with clean editing and attention to detail
- Reliable communication, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
