Relief Specialist

**Looking for people who enjoy a fast paced work environment. A person who strives in a team oriented work environment. Someone who enjoys learning new things. This position will require training in multiple departments such as receiving, shipping, embroidery, and screen print. **

Skills Knowledge & Abilities:

Ability to operate business machines and equipment (Computers, scale, copier)

Ability to understand basic math and complete paperwork

Ability to perform multiple tasks & switch between tasks

Ability to problem-solve

Ability to work as a team

Duties:

Execute Core Values

Constantly look for ways to improve department efficiency, knowledge, safety, and reduce mistakes

Rotate throughout different departments providing daily or weekly assistance to alleviate bottlenecks

Accurately follow instructions given by Department Coordinators and Operations Manager

Assist in any way possible to satisfy our clients and help our team meet production goals

Work as a team at all times and help others as needed in the best interest of our company and clients

Maintain a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Visual acuity to perform activities such as reading sku numbers, work orders, and determining color of garments

Measures of Performance:

Duties listed above are performed accurately and on time

Comes to work on time and absences are minimized

Constantly strives for total customer satisfaction

Achieves daily production goals for quantity and quality
