You will be the trusted business advisor for groups within North America Chronic Care. Your role as Senior Pricing Analyst is to drive and prepare detailed pricing analyses, lead strategic projects, and optimize existing processes. In addition, you will provide key financial insights to peers, field sales, and North America leadership.
Major Areas of Accountability
Partner with senior leadership to devise and recommend pricing and incentive strategies to drive margin improvement and growth
Analyze and model pricing scenarios for dealers and distributors
Build and operate complex financial models to report, assess, and communicate customer performance
Recommend actions for critical business issues through ad-hoc analyses, insights, and formal presentations
Lead the pricing strategy conversation with Marketing and Market Access to determine product pricing for innovative product launches
Work closely with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance, Contracting, Business Intelligence, Customer Service, etc.) to provide recommendations for cross-functional process improvements
Calculate and execute payments to customers as indicated by contractual terms

Basic Qualifications
Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent degree
4 years of business analysis experience executing complex analysis is required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience with Power BI and familiarity with AI tools are a plus
Organized and detail oriented
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences

Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $73,000 -$109,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
