A Little About Your Day
- From day-to-day, you will be a "Hunter" in the field, calling on active restoration job sites and meeting with owners, remediation project managers, superintendents, and other key players with buying influence. This means your office might be your vehicle, a site dealing with water or fire damage, a job trailer, or a corporate office.
- You will cover a wide strategic territory spanning Chicagoland and Northern/Central Illinois, extending up to Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin.
- You will provide product demonstrations and training seminars on critical restoration equipment and consumables, participating in trade events independently and in partnership with product specialists and vendors.
- Operating in a consultative fashion, you will act as a true solution provider to customers for their urgent remediation and restoration needs, understanding the 24/7 nature of their business.
- To maximize success, you will work to seamlessly integrate regional sales initiatives into your strategy to build this territory from the ground up.
- You live and breathe the Restoration industry. You have deep experience working with distributors (like Abatix, Aramsco, or Jon Don) or restoration contractors (like Servpro, Bluesky, or Skyline), and you know exactly what tools and urgency these professionals require.
- An entrepreneurial "hunter" spirit is the foundation of your work ethic. You aren't looking to sit back and manage a portfolio of existing accounts; you are excited by the challenge of building a territory from the ground up and hunting for new business.
- It’s important to you to have a career where every day looks a little different. You see the world as your office—whether that’s a corporate HQ or a job site recovering from flood or fire damage. You love being a road warrior, thinking on your feet, and rolling with the punches.
