To support this exciting growth opportunity, we are looking for additional staff for Colony Grill restaurants in St. Pete and Tampa who will also have the opportunity to join our hospitality team during Tampa Bay Rowdies and Tampa Bay Rays home games, including the Yankee Spring Training games at George Steinbrenner Field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift.
- Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service.
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.
- Keep bar area neat; cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations.
- Coordinate with managers, frontline team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to guests.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Friendly and customer-focused personality.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry service items for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to carry supplies (10-30 lbs.) and move items that are heavy (up to 50lbs.)
Salary : $14 - $20
