The team is self-organized around the project work, supporting a complex Credit Product to deliver specified features and meet customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior IT Manager, your responsibility includes:
- Leading transformational projects for legacy-based systems into scalable, future ready solutions
- Actively supporting agile (Scrum) development methodologies for development projects
- Providing support and assistance to team members and scrum masters
- Working closely with the product owner to establish solid relationships with business stakeholders and organize the product back log.
- Keeping feature stakeholders updated throughout the development cycle
- Coordinating work that spans multiple teams
- Identifying and addressing opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Assisting direct reports with career growth and personal development
- Delivering projects on-time, on-budget and aligned with business objectives

- 1-2 years’ experience with Agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum.
- A strong aptitude for analyzing business requests and defining requirements
- A demonstrated ability to lead people and develop a strong rapport with the business community
- The ability to advise and assist teams with technical difficulties
- Skill with a wide variety of technologies including cloud services (AWS), distributed systems, and mainframe core legacy systems.
- Experience in retail, direct marketing industry a plus.
