We’re seeking someone with proven business development in the Services Sales realm. You’ll ideally have experience in a regulated industry, but that background is not required and we will train you in the Collections and Payment Plan Management industry.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the collections and payment plan industry. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the collections, payment plan, and related industries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Developing and executing outreach plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce
- Productively representing CB1 Collections at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in a professional manner

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess the following skills and background:
- 5 years of sales experience, 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Consultative Selling Approach and ability to understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
- High level of integrity, resilience, and self-direction
- Ability to work independently
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Training or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful
