Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Professional
Location: Columbus GA

High-performing producers have the potential to earn upwards of $100,000 annually.
NO CAP ON COMMISSION

Primary Job Functions:

- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes.
- Proactively make outbound calls to quote and close business. 80 per day expected.
- Achieve high sales goals through personal relationships, Colony bank referrals, Colony mortgage referrals, internet leads, live call transfers, large existing book to cross sell and our inhouse telemarketer!
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Explain complex insurance policies and coverage options in a clear, understandable manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Process applications, manage policy renewals, and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the agency's success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide the best service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license required
