Our management team is seeking a very detail-oriented individuals to complete our Front Desk team. The right candidates will be familiar with working in an office environment, have superior customer service skills and have experience answering phones. Our Guest Service Agents are critical members of our team, we are looking for individuals who can quickly recognize the needs of guests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the Inn to guests.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Communicate with a wide variety of people from different cultures.
- Handle multiple situations calmly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Execute all tasks quickly, accurately, and dependably.
- Protect the privacy of guests and employees.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
